Our Return Policy

If you're not happy with your order for whatever reason, as we state, your satisfaction is our number 1 priority. Now, with that being said, we do not like unsatisfied customers so we provide 3 options:

Please Note any Returns, Exchanges, Replacements, Refunds or Modifications to an order that was placed, requires an RMA.  The Phrase RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization; ultimately it provides both you and us detailed tracking in two methodologies we use.  Your Lifecycle, referred to as Customer Lifecycle  Management (CLM) and with reverse logistics, Service Lifecycle Management (SLM).

These two Enterprise Supply Chain methodologies ensure that we are providing you the best possible service.

  • EXCHANGE: If you're unsatisfied with a product you purchased from CBDR, you can exchange it for a product of comparable price.  However, considering how important you are, if the price of the product that you would like to exchange it for is up to $10 higher, it may be accommodated depending upon the circumstances. Standard Exchanges such as a replacement is very simple.
  • STORE CREDIT: Any product you wish to return, we can apply Store Credit for the Item(s). For your convenience, we would apply not only the cost of your purchase in store credit, however add an additional 10% with a maximum of $25 of additional credit.
  • REFUND: If you request a refund, we would be happy to provide you a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Depending upon the circumstance, the full refund with shipping costs is possible as well. It’s handled on a case-by-case basis. 

We stand behind the products we sell 100%. If any product does not meet your expectations, we will gladly give you the opportunity to exchange the product for another product or receive a full refund. All returning items must be in its original condition and unopened. That means brand spanking new (due to our 90 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis since we receive so few). Your order will be inspected upon return.  Items that do not qualify will be denied. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds (full refunds past 30 days are also handle on a case-by-case basis) will be accepted within 90 days of purchase. 

All returning items must be received within 2 weeks of receiving your RMA #.
You will be credited or refunded the purchase amount of the item(s) minus shipping costs.

Non-returnable items will be sent back to you via USPS First Class. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or store credit are granted:
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient as it can take up to 5 business day for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days from when your RMA was received, please contact us and we can look into it further. 

Sale items:
Sale items will be refunded for the price sold.  

If the item was a gift, you can exchange or request a store credit for the value of your return.

Shipping times are dependent on distance from our fulfillment centers. It may take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days for your items to reach you. Any delivery times provided are estimates provided by a third party and not provided by us directly.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance such as USPS Priority which provides you with $100 of Free Insurance or UPS Ground which provides you with $200 of Free Insurance.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some counties and products, Currently we ship to 22 and that will expand to 48 within in the near future, and eventually to the entire planet!  We do ship our products to all US Based Locations. Every Product we sell is Hemp-Derived and contains less than .3% of THC. Worldwide shipping only includes products that contain 0% THC or Less Than .2%.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, arrival date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We do provide
