Willie’s Remedy Dark Blend 8oz Whole Bean Coffee, 250mg CBD

This classic dark roast is robust and rich with a bold cocoa flavor dominating the cup and subtle elements of spice and toasted grain lingering on the finish.

Willie’s Remedy coffee is carefully selected and roasted, then infused with certified organic, full-spectrum hemp oil grown in Colorado. The result is a balancing effect to coffee’s natural lift, a perfect harmony of focus from the caffeine plus calm from the cannabis.

Infusion Strength

Coffees are infused at a ratio of approximately 1mg of CBD per 1g of coffee beans.

Size Options

Coffee is available in 8oz bags with 250mg of CBD and as whole bean or freshly ground.

Dosage and Brewing

The amount of coffee grounds used in the brewing process will greatly affect the average dose of CBD in a serving of Willie’s Remedy coffee. An average serving will have approximately 15mg of CBD. We recommend brewing in a French press or using a metal mesh filter.

Tips and Tricks

  • For drip and pour over coffee, we recommend using a steel mesh filter instead of a paper filter.

  • We do not recommend a cold brew for infused coffee.

French Press

  • Add 4 heaping tablespoons (50g) of coarse ground coffee to the French Press.

  • Pour 3 cups (750g) of water just off the boil (~200 degrees) over the grounds and stir.

  • Place plunger on French Press and let steep 4 minutes then plunge the plunger.

  • In a 12-cup drip coffee machine, add 12-15 tablespoons (180g) of medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter basket.

  • Fill the brewer to the 12-cup mark and run the brew cycle.

Pour Over

  • Add 1 ½ tablespoons (20g) of medium-coarse ground coffee to the filter.

  • “Bloom” the coffee by slowly pouring ¼ cup (40g) of water just off the boil (~200 degrees) over the grounds with a gooseneck kettle and wait ~30 seconds.

  • Slowly pour ¾ cup (260g) of water over the grounds then remove filter.

Most work-place drug screens and tests target delta9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and do not detect the presence of Cannabidiol (CBD) or other legal natural hemp based constituents. Even though our products contain less than .3% THC by dry weight (Federal Legal Limit), studies have shown that ingesting Full Spectrum CBD can cause confirmed positive results when screening urine and blood specimens. U.S. Hemp Roundtable

The U.S. Hemp Roundtable’s primary mission has always been the passage of federal law that deregulates, and eventually fully legalizes, the hemp plant.
